AI assistance is included in every plan.

Every plan includes Ask ShowDesk and AI equipment research, with a shared company usage allowance. You do not need a higher plan to unlock these AI capabilities, and your team does not need to supply its own AI API key.

How much does ShowDesk cost per month?: Monthly pricing in USD is $399 per company, including the first brand, plus $149 for each additional brand and $34 for each active user. These charges are added together. For example, one company, three total brands, and 25 active users cost $1,547 per month.
Is AI a separate paid feature upgrade?: No. Every plan includes Ask ShowDesk and AI equipment research, with a shared company usage allowance. Additional resources are only needed if you exhaust the included allowance.
Does the company platform include a brand?: Yes. Your first brand is included in the company platform. The $149 monthly brand rate applies to each additional brand.
Does a tour request start a subscription?: No. On app.showdesk.com, select Create account to submit a tour request with your contact and business details. Registration does not grant immediate workspace access.
When will my tour be scheduled?: The ShowDesk team will follow up as tour capacity becomes available. Existing customers can continue signing in.
